Job Description:

Urban G, Abu Dhabi's premier gentlemen's spa and salon, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Receptionist at Urban G, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments using our salon management software, ensuring optimal booking arrangements.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and handle billing and invoicing.

Facility Coordination: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, manage inventory of front desk supplies, and assist with the coordination of salon services.

Customer Service: Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Support Team: Assist salon staff with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and salon management software such as Fresha.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.

Professionalism: High standards of appearance and behavior, punctuality, and reliability.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in office management is a plus.
