Could you be the full-time Rail Infrastructure Technician in Egypt we're looking for
Following responsibilities are expected from the Recovery Technician (Station Attendant):
Monitor and manage the daily operation of Cairo Monorails stations ensuring the overall performance of the station and the station is maintained to the standard.
Implement safe methods of work for station operations and other related activities.
Implement safety measures and procedures across the system to meet the safety requirements of Cairo Monorails.
Complying with and implement all relevant safety rules, operating procedures and work instructions.
The station must be operated in a safe, smooth and comfortable manner.
Timely information shall be provided to passengers.
Public address announcements and intercom communication with passengers (if requested from OCC) must be made politely and courteously.
Projecting a professional image by properly reflecting the corporate image when in uniform while on duty and during the way to and from work.
Responding to passengers in a friendly way.
Operating passenger vehicles (including maintenance vehicles) in all operating modes in the assigned area as required by the Traffic Controller / Depot Controller.
Performing train diagnosis in the event of a defective train and undertake level 1 maintenance intervention.
Performing diagnosis on the Systems components within the station in the event of a defective and undertake level 1 maintenance intervention.
Delivering a safe and reliable service under degraded and emergency scenarios.
Providing customer service on board the train, assisting passengers and attending to their needs, especially those with special needs.
Making local announcements to passengers as directed.

Qualifications:
Diploma in electrical or mechanical maintenance - Higher Diploma or Institute is a plus
Knowledge:
EHS basics awareness
Troubleshooting method
Technical drawings literacy
Technical Experience
General principles of maintenance
Power Supply maintenance
Mechanical maintenance
Experience:
At least 5 years in the electrical / mechanical maintenance environment
Experience in Rail is a plus.
Computer Literacy is a plus.
English Language is a plus.
