· Ensures the smooth and efficient operations of Meydan properties by achieving the standards of service.
· Maximizes customer satisfaction and sales, in accordance with the hotels policies and procedures and operational standards.
· Monitors monthly operations to achieve maximum Revenue.
· Assists to achieve a well balanced ratio of all memberships types.
· Assists in making sure that all members complete an Application form and / or a Disclaimer form upon joining and that a booklet containing the club rules and Regulations is provided.
· Ensures all bookings for classes are recorded and processed efficiently using the correct procedures.
· Handles and approves all necessary correspondence required in the daily operation of the S&L department and in organizing minor and main events.
· Proofreads and approves all promotional tools and materials prior to release and/or circulation.
· Monitors and reviews equipment through the Market boomer System whilst maintaining the expenses budget
· Prepares Departmental Performance Plan and updates Management Review Meeting reports
· Responds to members and guests Guest Comment Form feedback or complaints
· Reviews and approves Monthly Attendance Records
