We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring blue-collar workers and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract blue-collar candidates.
Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to reach potential candidates.
Proactively source and identify blue-collar candidates through various methods, including databases, job fairs, and community outreach.- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting:- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for the position.Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company and the role.
Selection and Hiring:
- Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Candidate Experience:- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, specifically in hiring blue-collar workers.
Strong understanding of blue-collar job roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if necessary.
