Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Guide Academy in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Screening skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
