Recruitment Specialist
Salary: AED 5,500 - AED 7,500
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including IT and non-IT roles.
- Proven expertise in headhunting and Boolean search techniques to target passive and active candidates.
- Experience working with recruitment vendors and managing subcontracting processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Familiarity with compensation planning, salary surveys, and job evaluation processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities to track KPIs and recruitment performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
- Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining budgets for compensation planning.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless candidate hiring.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee subcontracting vendors to ensure effective collaboration and results.
- Sourcing and Headhunting:
- Source candidates from job boards and databases.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify both active and passive talent.
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct phone screenings, including PS2 evaluations, to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
- Role Fulfillment:
- Identify and fill roles with the most suitable candidates for project requirements.
- Business Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with business teams to optimize resource allocation and project needs.
- Recruitment Coverage:
- Meet internal recruitment demands (IT and non-IT) within a six-month period.
- Compensation Planning:
- Maintain compensation plans through regular salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay structure revisions.
- Prepare budgets and schedule individual pay actions as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular recruitment reports to Talent Acquisition Leads (TALs) or relevant staffing team members.
- Deliver updates on KPIs in the absence of a Staffing Associate Lead.
- Job Posting Management:
- Post openings on internal/external boards and ensure timely closure once filled.
