Job Description

Position Overview:

Tandem Search is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team based in Saudi Arabia. As a Saudi national, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various industries. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, partnering with both local and international clients to meet their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a diverse range of positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including online databases, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment laws to provide insightful advice to clients and candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Technology: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi labor market, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
  • Proactive: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
