Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for real estate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates, leveraging various hiring platforms and recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
- Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with mandatory experience in real estate hiring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficient in sourcing candidates using a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Well-spoken and articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to represent the company's brand.
