We are currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing highly qualified candidates tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Undertake the Full cycle recruitment from identifying selection criteria, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screening calls, planning interviews, submitting reports to clients, administering assessments/test when required, handling the offer stage etc.
Following up regularly with the clients to keep the process moving smooth.
Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
Ensuring that all internal systems (CRM, Forefront ATS system) are updated with accurate information related to candidates, job openings, clients etc.
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Preserving a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection in a Recruitment firm.
Experience handling Senior to C-suite level roles.
Previous or current experience working with the GCC is a must.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
