As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring smooth, efficient hiring processes for our clients. You will work remotely and be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Workable, is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, track candidates, and update records in the ATS (Workable)
- Screen and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers
- Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurately recorded and processed
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate the recruitment process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar recruitment administrative role
- Strong experience with ATS platforms, specifically Workable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting and using digital tools
