Job Overview:
We seek an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts. This role focuses on identifying top real estate agents and fulfilling ERE Homes hiring needs, developing and managing recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent, and enhancing overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and retain qualified real estate agents and fill other vital positions within the company.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies tailored to market trends and company needs.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to select top-tier candidates who align with our core values and goals.
- Employer Branding: Position ERE Homes as a leading employer in the real estate sector through strategic outreach and positive candidate experiences.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Dubai labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Onboarding & Retention: Lead employee onboarding processes, training initiatives, and engagement programs to ensure a motivated and satisfied workforce.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced industry.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and talent landscape.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Proven success in developing innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
