Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Senior Management
  • Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager/Team Lead will oversee the recruitment and staffing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to clients. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to meet their staffing needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.

- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and organizational culture.

- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including databases, networking, and direct sourcing.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.

- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and trends.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.

- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering results.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.

- Experience in various recruitment sectors is a must.

- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.

- Proficient in using recruitment software and job portals.
