RECRUITMENT MANAGER - RESTAURANTS
EXPANDING RESTAURANT OPERATOR
EXPERIENCE MANAGING INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
BASED IN RIYADH
Food People are partnered with a leading and growing restaurant operator in search of a Recruitment Manager. This person will be empowered to develop the sourcing and manpower strategy as well as ensuring high quality global candidates are recruited for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating group and brand recruitment plans and calendars for each year, aligned with the company's growth plans.
- Create and execute the recruitment strategy across the business.
- Connect and build relationships with international and regional hospitality schools, creating a channel for the recruitment of both interns and future growth plans.
- Work in collaboration with all functional leaders to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the immediate and future talent requirements in addition to identifying potential opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy talent pool and build a data base to utilise for open days and new role hiring.
- Develop and manage the annual manpower forecast.
- Be a voice to the leadership team in the selection process and highlight potential opportunities to improve talent attraction and retention.
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or similar with a professional qualification in HR/Recruitment.
- Regional experience ideally within the restaurant and hospitality industries with connections in the KSA and GCC markets.
- At least 5 10 international agency partnerships in place with a suitable level of candidates to support the company growth plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist in driving organisational culture.
