The Role
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and employee onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
- Assist in employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products to enhance recruitment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services and Internet.
- You have working knowledge of Active listening and Time management
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
