Human Resources Department is Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to assist in organizing and facilitating recruitment & talent acquisition efforts at BMC through sourcing candidates with the pre-established set of knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with BMC goals & objectives; and coordinating with hiring managers and applicants in conducting interviews and various assessment & onboarding efforts towards achieving BMC's hiring needs promptly and effectively through equitable, transparent, diligent, professional, and best practice hiring processes.
Requirements
Education:
- An earned Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Human Resources Management,
- Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
Experience:
- Proven Recruitment Achievements
- Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of dashboard, computers, and computing devices.
- Ability to Provide academic leadership.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Effective administrative/ interpersonal skills.
- Forming the annual reporting for recruitment activities.
Other Requirements:
- Preferably to be CIPD, PHRI, SHRM Certified.
- Training Courses or Workshops in Talent Management is a plus.
- Actively attending yearly HR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally.
