Contractors Relationship Management
Identify potential contractors through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles
Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department
Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols
Prepare and administer contracts, work orders, and other documentation related to contractor engagements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Organizing and attending employment fairs in the regions, as the most important channels to attract blue-collar candidates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field.
Experience in Blue Collars is a Must.

2 to 4 years Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
Practical experience with the largest recruitment sites
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook
