Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Specialist at Intelcia located in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing & communicating with different Stallholders for recruitment purposes

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a recruiter in a mass hiring company
• B2/C1 English Speaker
• Experience in recruitment processes and strategies
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Interviewing and Communication skills
