The Role

We are looking for a hire a Recruitment Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition function as we anticipate a high period of growth.

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager(s) in the daily recruitment operations.
• Posting job vacancies to job boards and filtering/presenting suitable profiles.
• Sourcing candidates via NaukriGulf and Linkedin for junior-mid level positions
• Co-Ordination of interviews
• Preparation of documents such as Job Descriptions, Offer Letters, Employment Contracts
• Maintenance of internal recruitment and hiring trackers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position
• Must have local experience in the UAE.
• Have experience of working in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
• Be adaptable to change
• High level of energy with a hands on approach
• Experience within Construction/Development/Shipyard would be adventurous
