Shift from : 11AM : 8PM
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create compelling job advertisements and post them on various job portals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional groups to network and engage with potential candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and develop job descriptions for future positions.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the desired qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates suitability and create shortlists of qualified individuals.
- Conduct in-person interviews for candidates across all levels, including junior, senior, and executive positions.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys to enhance the recruitment process.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates at various stages of the hiring process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with major job sites like Monster and Indeed.
- Proficiency in utilizing sourcing techniques on social media platforms and niche professional websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in candidate evaluation and selection.
