Summary:

Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, HR Personnel and enforcing company policies and practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

May include but not limited to;

  • Recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation & training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • From 1 to 2 years of human resources management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: 10th of Ramadan.
