We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.
- Hiring employees and initiate the new hire paperwork process.
- Track key dates and deadlines and maintain specific personnel lists.
- Explain all of the human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to each employee.
- Organising new employee orientation schedules for all new hires.
- Networked with industry contacts, association memberships and associates.
- Post positions through approved recruitment channels.
- Develop and facilitate job recruitment fairs.
- Promptly correspond with all applicants and coordinate and conduct interviews.
- Screen all applicants based on their qualifications and background.
- Led the creation of recruiting plans for all open positions
- Hire the right person in the right place.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition in the Food Services / Hospitality sector.
