Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.

  • Hiring employees and initiate the new hire paperwork process.
  • Track key dates and deadlines and maintain specific personnel lists.
  • Explain all of the human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to each employee.
  • Organising new employee orientation schedules for all new hires.
  • Networked with industry contacts, association memberships and associates.
  • Post positions through approved recruitment channels.
  • Develop and facilitate job recruitment fairs.
  • Promptly correspond with all applicants and coordinate and conduct interviews.
  • Screen all applicants based on their qualifications and background.
  • Led the creation of recruiting plans for all open positions
  • Hire the right person in the right place.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition in the Food Services / Hospitality sector.
