Position: Recruitment Specialist

Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 AED

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage paid and unpaid job ads on various platforms.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels to find the best talent.

- Interviewing: Conduct professional, face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure timely results.

- Process Management: Maintain and manage candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of recruitment experience in Dubai.

- Expertise in paid and unpaid job posting platforms.

- Strong face-to-face interview skills.

- Ability to recruit for diverse positions and industries.

- Confident, organized, and able to work independently.

- Experience with ATS is a plus.
