Role OverviewAs a Real Estate Sales Agents Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding skilled real estate sales agents. You'll work closely with our HR team and Sales Directors/Managers to understand recruitment needs, create an efficient hiring pipeline, and ensure a steady flow of qualified agents who align with our values and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively source and engage high-performing real estate sales professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry events.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and sales leadership.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate sales agents, continuously managing relationships with prospective candidates.
- Job Postings and Marketing: Develop compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials that highlight our brand and attract top talent in the industry.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with Sales Directors to understand their team needs and create profiles for ideal candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully prepared and aligned with our company's expectations, tools, and goals.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with trends in real estate recruitment, compensation, and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and onboarding satisfaction, to continually improve the hiring process.
Qualifications- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on real estate sales roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales agent role requirements in the UAE.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing a high volume of candidates.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
