Tbar Holding, a newly established holding company for one of the premier families in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a human resources as (Recruitment Specialist) The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures in Saudi Arabia. The bulk of the role will involve employee recruitment, benefits administration, compensation and rewards and there is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong ability to assess candidate qualifications. You should be well-versed in various recruitment techniques and possess a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with each department to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Present candidates to clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the manager of the department
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screening
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Knowledge in training and development
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist for +3
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and department manager
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulation
