ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding team. They will be responsible for a full recruitment cycle to ensure comprehensive manpower support to the business including connecting with potential candidates online and offline, active and non-active, headhunt, screening applications, interviewing, and supporting hiring managers with their hiring needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and other members of staff
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions, interview questions and assessment tools that reflect the requirements for each position
Screen resumes and identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidates information, including CV's portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Advertise roles on various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a recruitment tracker and an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent or native in English language
1 year of experience in 360 recruitment cycle preferably in real estate
3-4 years on UAE work experience
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field will be an advantage
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Bayt, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience with 360 recruitment cycle, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
Passionate learner and ambitious to advance professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documenting processes
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
