Key Responsibilities:
AI Skilling Leadership:
- Drive AI skilling plans to support societal transformation across priority partners in the CEMA region (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
- Act as the go-to expert on AI skilling for Microsoft's internal teams and external partners.
Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with governments, education institutions, nonprofits, labor unions, and workforce organizations to design and implement scalable AI skilling strategies.
- Guide partner organizations in developing customized AI learning and development journeys for employees.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work with Microsoft Philanthropies country field teams, National Skills Directors, and Worldwide Learning teams to align AI training initiatives with Microsoft's platform adoption goals.
Technology Enablement:
- Evangelize AI capabilities within Microsoft technologies, such as Copilot for M365, Azure AI, and Security solutions, to enhance awareness and adoption.
Content and Program Enablement:
- Promote Microsoft's AI skills offerings through Philanthropies, Microsoft Learn, Worldwide Learning, and Education programs to equip partners with the resources needed for effective skilling.

- Program Management: Expertise in managing and scaling workforce development initiatives.

Compensation: AED 24000/- pm
