Boopin, we are creatively driven and data-inspired - what sets us apart from other agencies. We seek a Regional Business Director expert with a vision and focus on results to oversee our UAE, KSA, and Egypt Offices.

As a Business Director, you will be responsible for collaborating directly with a leading strategic client and cross-functional teams to set a vision and define a clear Business Development success.

Responsibilities

  • Take over a leading role in setting up a new business model based on digital advertising - with a clear focus on the sales perspective.
  • Lead, establish, and optimize activities for the new business.
  • Lead and develop an international Key Account team
  • Take the lead in the acquisition of new clients and ensure upselling of existing customers, including proposal preparation, sales follow-up, and closing of contracts
  • Present advertising opportunities in front of potential customers and negotiate new deals with potential customers
  • Set out the targets and guidelines to secure the efficiency and quality of the sales representatives and make sure ad operations are running smoothly
  • Monitor and highlight international trends in the Advertising industry.
  • Work closely with the GM and Account Director to strategize individual potential clients to maximize and grow potential using the agency's integrated channels in Creative, Digital, Social, and Media.
  • Provide deep market insight and revenue analysis from a sales perspective to drive focus decisions and support the product teams to optimize the products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience successfully leading a sales initiative or project
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools ( Strong Digital Background)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and multi-task efficiently
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker who can collaborate and offer creative solutions and ideas
