Job Description
Global hotel group with 4/5 star properties has a significant presence in the GCC
In this role you will be responsible for the financial strategic direction of a portfolio of 12 hotels with a DOF from each property having a dotted reporting line to you.
The hotels are located in Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, UAE & Jordan
This role reports to Area VP Operations / VP Finance
Who We're Looking For
You must already be at Cluster / Area DOF level with a portfolio of 4 + hotels.
Travel is essential in this role
You will be comfortable engaging with owner reps and collaborating at senior level.
Technical financial expertise in producing Management accounts for multi properties, costing, budgeting, proposals, refurbishment, pre-openings, re-positioning are all essential.
You must have a degree in Finance or related discipline with membership of a Financial body (IFA)
You'll be analytical, an effective communicator and endorse an agile style of leadership.
Package details
Basic salary - 9000$ Basic per month
Housing - 5500
Car allowance provided
Educational allowance to 70% 2 children
