Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned regions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets within the assigned regions.
Develop and execute plans to expand the company's presence and product penetration in the market.
Oversee sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 12-15 years of sales experience including 5years in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
Valid driver's license.
