Job Role:
Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes in the assigned regions. Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Managers and Head- Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Head Human Resources in the design, planning, development and implementing of key HR initiatives .
- Work with Business / Function Heads in execution of HR business plan / strategy.
- Liaise with other Functional Heads and line managers to ensure HR equity and participation in the business decision - making process.
- Define and develop key HR objectives and generate HR strategies / policies which support the strategic requirements .
- Develop and oversee process implementation and improvements to bring about profitability and effectiveness in the sphere of the following sub functions - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, HRIS, Gallup & other related Surveys and new Initiatives related to Human Resources.
- Develop and oversee implementation of Human Resources Policies & Processes in line with the local & regional government legislation.
- Provide HR operations support, incorporating risk management, controls and compliance.
- Sponsor and review HR projects, services and policies ensuring that they are delivered to the Business to time, cost and quality standards.
- Implement recruitment solutions that enhance the organization's hiring capability of staff across levels, in alignment with the business objectives.
- Manage and control Vendor relationships in the talent acquisition space.
- Ensure the training needs in the region are met.
- Work along with Learning & Development team to strategize and plan learning programs for the employees in the region.
- Design, develop and implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff to achieve superior results in conjunction with the Talent Management team in Head Human Resources.
- Hire the right talent and expertise needed to achieve department objectives. Ensures back-up talent is available.
- Timely assessment of direct report's performance, coaching and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements.
Job Qualifications :
Education:
Minimum: PG/MBA in HR or any Global Equivalent Degree
Additional: Certifications in Human Resources
Experience:
Above seven years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.
Multicultural exposure and experience in managing a team of human resources is required
Knowledge & Key Skills:
Ability to work with diverse group of people i.e. corporate, regional, local, multicultural would be required
Self-driven, innovative and motivated to achieve success in a dynamic environment
High level of integrity and stability
Excellent Leadership
