We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Manager, based out of Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing, and managing HR functions within Lebanon, the UAE, and KSA. You will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs, while providing strategic HR guidance to support our company's business goals across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner for all internal stakeholders, providing HR guidance and support.
- Build and continuously improve the HR function, ensuring best practices are in place.
- Oversee and support recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and on-boarding processes.
- Ensure smooth transitions for new staff, including workstation setup and follow-ups during the probation period.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with regional, national, and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify training needs, develop and coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
- Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and benefits administration.
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning, retention, employee engagement, and HR strategy improvements.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of all personnel files and HR-related documents.
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including inventory management of office supplies.
- Coordinate business-related travel and visa arrangements for the team with the authorized company travel agent.
- Organize team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Promote and ensure adherence to company culture and ethical behavior across all regional offices and departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles and experience in the creative industry.
- Proficiency in HR best practices, labor laws, and regional compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and adaptability to changing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and collaborate across departments.
- Commitment to ethical HR practices.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
