Oxford University Press is seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager North Africa & Central Asia, based in Egypt (hybrid) to add to the team.
About the role
Regional Manager North Africa & Central Asia is responsible for contributing to the creation and execution of regional promotional strategies for published content, OxfordAQA qualifications, and the Oxford International Curriculum in the region.
The role involves setting priorities, measuring performance, and managing the day-to-day activities of the regional promotional teams.
Key Accountabilities:
Drive promotional activities for OUP's Education products, OxfordAQA Qualifications, and the Oxford International Curriculum in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia.
Communicate territory promotional and activity performance, including pipeline and activity analysis.
Monitor and manage team travel and expenditure budgets.
Implement pre-approved promotional strategies and tactics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the region in internal meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed about market and product information.
Seek and drive cross-territory promotional opportunities with other parts of OUP.
Manage a team of field-based Consultants, setting KPIs, measuring performance, and developing team skills.
Representing OUP across the International landscape, furthering OUP's global mission, and operating OUP International School business with the highest standards of professional and ethical business practices, in line with OUP's values and Code of Conduct Processes: Adherence to group ethical conduct and code of conduct.
