Role Summary:
Dexcom MENA is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager MENA to report into the Regional Director. The position is based in Riyadh. Relocation from Dubai only will be supported.
Significant marketing experience who is motivated to make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to solve problems. You will develop the Professional brand plan and marketing strategy to deliver overall business objectives, as well as have direct line management responsibility. Your work will differentiate Dexcom with tailored messaging to Professional audiences. You should be proficient in marketing to the Payor and HCP with experience in Market Access. You will be an experienced people leader. Your marketing will maximize brand awareness, recommendation, and access with professional audiences to better meet patient needs with our life changing CGM product.
E ssential Regional Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading and delivering the Professional marketing plan to set strategy, objectives and KPIs in MENA region
Leading and delivering the Digital marketing plan for both Professional and Consumers, implement strategy, set objectives and KPIs in MENA region
Management of direct reports.
Supporting all elements of the Marketing Mix; leading Professional (HCP and Payor) marketing through a multichannel approach to maximize brand awareness, recommendation, and access with professional audiences, including product launches, campaign development, media planning, Public Relations, and professional education.
Leading campaign development and maintaining momentum on key projects.
Collaborating with Global and EMEA teams to develop and localize claims, messaging, and materials to maintain consistency of message and brand.
Delivering digital strategies for brand awareness, establish value proposition and lead generation (including but not limited to development of HCP website). Implement via targeted campaigns, EMEA collaboration and agency activation.
Tracking metrics of success to measure ROI of marketing initiatives. Report on success of marketing activities.
Managing agency relationships.
Managing professional media, public affairs, Public Relations, and clinical counsel.
Supporting public affairs activity to drive funding and reimbursement of CGM.
Taking overall responsibility for Professional events/meetings.
Support Professional Education agency to deliver educational program for professional audiences.
Email marketing journey and content development utilizing Marketing Cloud and Veeva.
Budgetary responsibility.
Required Experience:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have:
Approx. 10 years Healthcare Professional / Market Access marketing experience with a demonstrated record of modern marketing execution, launches, business plan development including calculation and controlling budget, and/or classical marketing training in MENA region
Experience in developing & executing market access marketing strategies and skilled in developing innovate solutions to secure patient access.
Proven people management experience.
A good knowledge of building, and gaining alignment to, a suite of reporting metrics that drive ROI and inform performance.
A deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence. You will be insights-driven and excited to roll-up your sleeves to deliver exceptional quality at speed.
Experience working with legal, regulatory, and marketing agencies.
Experience of GA and Datorama desired but not required.

Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
