Regional Planning Consultant

Job Purpose

To provide an advice and consultant to implement strategies, action plans, standards, and policies related to the regional planning, support as required the review and modifications to the final design sketches, renderings, models and graphics.

Functional Responsibilities

1Provide an consultant to develop land use plans and programs as per the business needs and review planning submissions, masterplans and other relevant documents

2 Provide technical advice and guidance to ongoing or temporary planning activities

3 Reviews smaller and less complex planning projects independently with less oversight

4 Provide an input and advice to prepare projects deliverables and applicable planning authorities requirements and coordinate with various disciplines technical input and output into a project or a proposal

5 Work closely with client planning team and is able to manage and review project expectations and deliverables independently and more complex ones with assistance

6 Provide advice to understanding of various scale of master planning projects and determine differences and requirements and communicates effectively

7 Carry out baseline assessment, analyses various data, planning guidelines and develop criteria for the assessment of master plans

8 Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.

Academic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning, Science Architecture or relevant filed (Masters Degree Preferred).

Work Experience :

10 years of relevant experience.

Other Requirements :

Written and Oral proficiency of English language.

Excellent communication skills.
