Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Implement company sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets, while ensuring timely payments. Accurately forecast sales and control conversion rates to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze market information, including competitor data, to inform sales strategies for local and surrounding regions.
- Marketing Execution: Execute regional sales and marketing campaigns in line with corporate objectives, ensuring the effective promotion of products.
- Brand Promotion: Plan and lead promotional events to boost brand visibility and influence in target markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness through local initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local business laws and manage contracts and negotiations to mitigate risks.
- Industry Experience: Prior sales experience in the hospitality or catering industries is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Strong client relationship management and sales strategy planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of marketing, channel strategy, and international business regulations.
- Work Experience:
- 10+ years of sales experience in international brand hotel-related products.
- B2B sales experience or at least 3 years of sales management experience in the Dubai market is a strong advantage.
- Experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms (TB-end) is a plus.
