Job Description:
Extend company clients base and maintain existing ones. The job description includes:
- Develop customer relationships and increase sales volumes.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calls and visits.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Secure and follow up on project completion from start to end including delivery and payment collection through the concerned departments.
- Abide by company regulations and policies to achieve the best interest of company and clients.
- Develop/suggest new categories and channels to increase sales volumes, subject to management approval.
- Submit/report client inquiries and follow up with the concerned departments in a timely manner to ensure efficient offer submittal.
Qualifications:
- A valid UAE driving license and a car.
- University degree of business administration, marketing or related studies.
- Experience of 1 year and above in UAE market in similar domains conducting B2B sales, preferably in Media & Advertising industry.
- Fluent English language both spoken and written, Arabic is preferred.
- Excellent command on Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication and correspondence skills.
- Good knowledge of software workflow and logic.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
