Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead and grow a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to create strategies that drive business growth and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and establish key client relationships.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor team performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs and sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, market trends, and team progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales Leadership role or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE
  • Minimum 3 years experience of divisional management.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
  • Team Management: 2 years (Required)
