The factory, strategically located in Borg El Arab, Egypt, employs over 250 workers and has expansion plans to increase its global presence and workforce.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager branch South Amrica at Pyramid Glass in Borg El Arab. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in South America, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

1.Oversee export sales cycle across America & South Africa.

2.Managing the sales process from client acquisition to final delivery.

3.Collect orders that cover the quarter's production plan required.

4.Arrange customers meeting and their visiting to the factory.

5.Making quotation's, PI, Sales order, loading sheet.

6.Collaborate with logistics, finance, production depts. to ensure smooth order.

7.Processing timely delivery and optimal pricing strategies

8.Updating my customers with stock list.

9.Updating my customer's with production date.

10.Correspond to customer inquiries and request.

11.Working on arrange stable orders with customers.

12.Working to open new markets.

13.Preparing /sending samples to customers.

14.Maintain regular sales reports to track reports to track regional performance.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the glassware industry or related field
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
