The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join us in the Middle East
New Sales team. The ideal candidate would be a person with an entrepreneurial mindset,
smart and confident, innovative, and Self-motivated with a passion for new sales (Hunting) and a love for solving business problems with a strong 360-degree perspective on accounts and a result-oriented outlook.
Objectives aligned to this role:
Enterprise Sales, Ideas, and Implementation towards achieving Key Results.
What would you do
Generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets.
Being a Hunter role, achieve assigned ARR Target each Q for the Financial Year & get new Logos.
Build pipelines across assigned territory through business development and networking opportunities.
Develop and communicate effective business and action plans to address opportunities.
Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate sales consultants and support resources to deliver sales solutions to clients successfully.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on clients needs and contexts,
Conduct needs/ solutions analysis to position solutions effectively.
Generate and follow up on proposals/ offers to prospects.
Identify and understand key decision makers, users and influencers at assigned customer organizations.
Develop and maintain high level relationships with key decision makers.
Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and reference-ability.
Responsible for Cold calling and generating leads.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and increasing our market presence in the BFSI industry. Engage in bid defense, negotiation, account mapping, and relationship building.
Create compelling Sales pitches and responsible for initial company presentations and product demonstrations.
Individual contributor role for the first year with a progressive growth path leading to team management.
Required Skills:
10-15 years of Selling IT Products and solutions.
Must have experience in selling Software applications in BFSI Industry
Must be able to conduct presentations and do a value creation.
Strong clients focus and deep background in all aspects of the sales process and life cycle including the customer experience journey.
Proven track record in strategic/ consultative selling and results against quota.
Knowledge and experience in selling IT services and solutions in Global delivery models. A comprehensive knowledge of customer experience platforms and related digital solutions is preferred.
Demonstrate sales skills, passionate selling mindset and client service focus.
Action and result orientation with high levels of energy, persistence, and self-motivation with strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
Highly energetic, proactive and creative.
Superior presentation skills, both oral and written.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, with preference given to Arabic speakers.
Demonstrates a strong grasp of technological as well as commercial aspects, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions.
Academic Qualification:
Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification/ Any graduation OR Postgraduation in Management from a reputed college/ university.
