Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in sales and marketing, ideally within beauty packaging or components. With a strong background in the GCC region, you'll leverage your strategic insight to drive growth, foster client relationships, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and engage with potential clients, providing customised packaging solutions for perfume, cosmetics, and skincare brands.
- Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts, balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.
- Guide potential clients through the purchasing process, resolving concerns to secure successful sales conversions.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to spot growth opportunities.
- Track and report quarterly sales performance to inform and refine strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive efforts and maximize sales potential.
- Define sales goals and establish clear strategies for growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network, showcase our expertise, and reinforce our brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market with at least 5 years of experience in perfume/beauty component sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving experience and willingness to travel as required.
