Regional Sales Manager (EMEA)
i am working exclusively with my client who are a well backed Leading provider of Facilities Management solutions for Agriculture, Manufacturers, Utilities and Commercial Real Estate
The Role
- As the Regional Sales Manager for EMEA, you will develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive market penetration and increase revenue.
- Your role includes cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities will keep our client ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging markets.
- Leading, training, and motivating the regional sales team will enhance team performance and help achieve sales targets. You will prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations ensures cohesive efforts and improved service delivery.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role within the Facilities Management sector or a similar industry
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets in the EMEA region. Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning are essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with additional language skills (e.g., French, Arabic, German) being a plus.
- The candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven, adaptable to diverse cultures and business practices within the EMEA region, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
The candidate will be expected to represent my client at established trade shows, exhibitions and regular on-site visits to promote their brand further.
