We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive
Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in scouting and acquiring top-tier talent to fuel our continuous growth and maintain our status as a global leader in our field.
Job Brief:
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. Your expertise in recruitment will support our ongoing success, playing a key role in promoting our company values and enhancing our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified interpreters.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with Operation and Client Relation managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with Training and other teams.
- Source Interpreters through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for interpreter position.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and assessments.
- Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for interpreter.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter and pro-active
- Source suitable Resources at necessary margins with high quality levels.
- Evaluate project scope and make Resources recommendations accordingly.
- Troubleshoot all Resources problems and present to management as required.
- Provide support and guidance to solve all vendors problems and direct them as required.
- Responsibility for outsourcing spending.
- Responsibility for pricing plans, Resources rates & rate compilation.
- Responsibility for following up Resources payments with Finance department.
- Participate in strategic, profitable, & sustainable Talent Acquisition management plans & business relations.
- Monitor vendor Resources on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and develop action plans where necessary.
- Resources KPI management and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
- Interpretation background is an added value
