Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Talent Acquisition process is inline and supporting strategic business objectives
- Act as a focal point between the hiring manager and the candidate
- Execute the manpower plan
- Build relationships with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the given mandates as well as the department culture to explain the opportunity for the candidate in a better way
- Screen and filter all CVs/Resumes, conduct in person/phone interviews with candidates to select the most suitable candidate to fill the open vacancy complying with the SLA.
- Assess candidate's skills, knowledge, experience using all available assessments and provide a detailed report for each candidate
- Cover all the Talent Acquisition activities for all positions up to Managerial positions
- Perform a detailed reference check, extend and negotiate offers of employment
- Follow up with hiring departments and managers in different business units to meet their expectations and achieve the required target as per the predefined SLA
- Stay up to date with new Talent Acquisition trends and use innovative Talent Acquisition techniques to attract the top-notch candidates.
- Provide regular reports to improve Talent Acquisition factors such as time to fill positions, identify most effective Talent Acquisition sources and analyze Talent Acquisition trends and challenges
- Enhance employer branding by formulating new Talent Acquisition initiatives and attending employment fairs. Support the supervisor in selecting the employment fairs
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire
- Manage and deliver recruitment reports and data when required
- Build successful channels through communications externally (University activities, key person, etc.)
- Create a pool of high potential candidates/students from universities being enrolled in Talent Programs (Summer Internship and GDP)
- Follow up with the concerned BUs for program participants attendance, evaluation, etc
- Conduct onboarding presentations and in-house training
- Handle TNA for staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- Handle and review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments
- Assist in the execution of the performance management system, including current competency framework, department org. structure, cascading of the objectives and KPIs
- Assist in the succession planning exercise; identify the critical positions and the potential successors
- Create/update Job descriptions & competencies for new/existing positions
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or HR
3+ years of experience
Solid knowledge of Talent Acquisition
Basic Knowledge of L&D
