Regional Technical Director- Hospitality

Overview: The Chief Asset Officer (CAO) will lead the property management and facilities management of the group portfolio, which includes hotels, resorts, and hospitality-related assets managed by our international operator partners. This role will act as a Centre of Excellence, ensuring functional excellence and the highest standards across our real estate portfolio. The CAO will oversee IT, Technical Engineering Audits, QA/QC, and HSSE, maintaining and exceeding our standards of excellence. Additionally, the CAO will serve as Deputy CEO for for the properties part of the group.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in property management systems, engineering, QA/QC, and HSSE.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
