We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the :

Regional Trade Marketing Manager (M/F) (Middle East)

Based in Beirut, Lebanon, this role will oversee trade marketing activities across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dairy industry and possess a proven track record of driving market growth through strategic trade marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional trade marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement trade promotions, product positioning, and merchandising plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on trade marketing campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead the development of point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store displays to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to local sales teams across the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle Eastern retail landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful trade marketing strategies at a regional level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.
