Job Description

Job Purpose:

This individual needs to have that perfect combination of data and registration platform proficiency.

The Registration Executive will be assisting the Head of Registration and Customer Experience with the entire registration experience for all energy events, encompassing design, layout, online process, logistical planning and liaison with the internal teams and supplier on the 360 experience of registering online before the event and onsite at the show.

The Registration Executive will enhance the overall quality of the events data assets, ensuring consistency and compliance with the enterprise data governance policy and guidance.

And be able to execute data segmentation, analyses & identify the gaps in data and plan research projects required for the events, aligned with the marketing strategy.

This individual will assist with all communication, development and operations of the registration flow, with an internal and external VIP customer service attitude and communication, with the ability to not only see the bigger picture but execute the day-to-day elements.

This position is a full time, reporting to the Head of Registration and Customer Experience.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Maintain a standardised registration offering that can be delivered across all attendees categories

Work with third party systems vendors to create work order requests and facilitate registration systems on show site

Research and document current processes, identify gaps in efficiency, make recommendations for improvement and carry out process improvements

Lead as a super-user, expert, and go-to resource for the setup, testing and implementation of pre-event and onsite registration systems

Coordinate onsite event operations such as building effective and efficient registration layouts and order supplies and equipment

Coordinate and supervise temporary and contract employees who provide onsite support for registration operations

Research and document current processes, identify gaps in efficiency, make recommendations for improvement and carry out process improvements

Provide documentation for customer service and help to resolve customer escalations as necessary

Become an expert in matrix - identify marketing opportunities and utilise data.

Work autonomously and apply judgment and decision making when handling new data requests

Perform data segmentation, data cleansing, data analysis, and data anomalies detection on data universe

Share trends and patterns with the marketing team to adjust rules and improve data management practices to drive efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, and quality

Perform manual resolutions and updates of customer data while resolving duplicate records and data discrepancies

Perform spot checks for quality and consistency of data entering the system from the various sources

Perform other duties reasonably relating to this position

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Educated to degree level or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years experience in registration management with an understanding of data models and databases

Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to effectively work within a team and independently, to review and process sensitive material with complete confidentiality.

Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills

Strong experience in registration operations management roles and manage one or more onsite employees

Strong platform administration skills, ability to learn environment individually

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress well

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PPT

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to be flexible and adaptable
