Job Title: Public Relation & Administration Officer
Job Description:
One of our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relation & Administration Officer to manage all legal and administrative activities related to our company operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE government processes and be able to handle visa, permit, and regulatory requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa and Work Permit Management:
- Obtain new employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees.
- Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
- Facilitate the renewal and cancellation of residence visas.
- Liaise with UAE Immigration department to obtain business entry visas for international business visitors.
- Liaison with Government and Diplomatic Missions:
- Liaise with local UAE government ministries to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies and foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits and related activities.
- Expert Advice and Support:
- Provide expert advice to the business and employees on all visa formalities and government-related procedures.
- Stay updated on ever-changing government rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in handling all related tasks.
- Record Keeping and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records for all visa, permit, and regulatory services provided.
- Ensure that all documentation is kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in public relations and administrative roles, particularly in dealing with UAE government processes.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE visa and immigration laws, as well as other government-related procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public relations and administration.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing government regulations and requirements.
