What We Do
We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Relationship Management Associate to join our
Treasury Services team. This role is located in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
As an integral member of the sales organization, you will be a key contributor driving growth in the Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions segments. In this position you will gain hands-on experience working with clients, global teams, large complex processes, and grow your client centric skill set. The insights you develop will be immediately put into place to help our clients and to grow their business. You will work with a small team of highly valued top performers in a collaborative, data-driven environment and will have access to our executive leadership.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Client Obsession: Support dedicated Relationship Managers in driving growth within the Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions segments.
- Business Strategies: Craft business strategies and account plans based on research, financial analysis, and product insights.
- Sales Pitches: Build sales pitches and facilitate product implementation by partnering with global cross-functional support teams.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) Reviews: Act as the central counterpart for internal and external requests related to KYC reviews.
- Data Quality: Own data quality in CRM systems contributing to our data-driven organization.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Create ad hoc analyses to track sales progress and drive value for our clients.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of cash management and trade finance
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and lines of businesses on client related matters.
- Adaptability and capability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to handle equally important tasks that drive business growth.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in crafting client stories in PowerPoint based on existing templates.
- Familiarity with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to draw conclusions from data insights and communicate straightforwardly with the sales team and broader business.
- Familiarity in crafting your own data subsets from large data lakes e.g. in Tableau or Power BI.
- Fluent in English; and Arabic is a plus but not required
- 3 to 5 years experience in relevant fields such as coverage banker, transaction banking, relationship management, trade finance, cash management
