Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Riyadh
Role Purpose:
To establish and manage value-driven banking relationships with key corporate customers within the target market segments by delivering best in class relationship management practices and working closely with product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities to strengthen the Bank's brand in the corporate arena and ensure optimal customer acquisition, retention, and income generation from Corporate Banking sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate to the growth of the Corporate Banking business portfolio to ensure set targets for portfolio growth, income and quality are achieved.
Identify and develop new business proposals efficiently and expeditiously to ensure that potential new business opportunities with existing and new customers are not lost to competitors
Contribute to exploring new business opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance cross selling based on thorough understanding of range of corporate banking products, services, and various customer analysis.
Establish contact and credibility with prospective customers to start a relationship with the
Bank. Meet with potential customers to determine their needs and provide relevant solutions for them to make informed decisions.
Sustain and supervise key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits to ensure assigned and prospective customers are maintained for
ANB.
Maintain ongoing communication and negotiations with customers to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.
Cultivate good rapport with corporate banking customers to ensure the Bank becomes the corporate bank of choice.
Drive compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in all dealings to meet existing and potential customers needs.
Identify and prospect new customers by performing market segmentation and applying different approaches to generate new leads and target selecting customers.
Exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products to meet Corporate Banking targets and objectives.
Supervise cross-selling activities to effectively promote all Corporate Banking products and achieve financial targets.
Develop structuring and financing recommendations through synthesis and evaluation of customers needs to maximize sales and generate profit for the Corporate/Commercial.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or Business Management, or in any
other related field.
Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized University is p
referred.
2+ years of progressive professional experience Within the corporate Banking.
