Develop and grow accounts initiated by your team, transforming them into profitable ventures by maximizing market presence and enhancing the asset and revenue portfolio through existing customers, while providing timely advisory services on Trade and Treasury products.
Maintain quick turnaround times and ensure exceptional service quality, possess in-depth knowledge of banking products and regulations, assist clients with trade, asset, insurance, and investment matters, and regularly assess client satisfaction and service effectiveness.
Adhere to all operational risk, sales, credit, and anti-mis-selling policies; keep KYC and client profiles up to date with the utmost confidentiality; evaluate customer risk and product suitability; protect the organization's reputation by following best practices; document meetings and contribute to team reports; and comply with credit lending, anti-money laundering, and KYC procedures, reporting any suspicious transactions immediately.
Requirements:
Educational Background in Accounting, Finance or Business
Experience working within a banking entity within the priority/private/excellency/gold division.
